By submitting a review request or using any part of the Brama platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. These terms apply to all users, including individuals and organizations.
Brama provides release-intelligence and production-readiness review services for software applications, including web apps, mobile builds, AI-native products, and hybrid platforms. Services include AI Repo Scans, Web App Runtime Reviews, Mobile Build Audits, Accessibility Reviews, AI Trust Reviews, and Full Release Reviews. Service scope and deliverables are confirmed with you in writing before paid work begins. Brama reserves the right to decline or cancel any engagement.
Brama provides operational review and release-risk analysis. Review outputs are advisory findings and production-readiness signals — not certifications, compliance approvals, or legal authorizations. Brama does not certify compliance with any regulatory standard. Brama does not guarantee App Store approval, Google Play approval, or acceptance by any platform or marketplace. Brama does not guarantee the absence of production defects or runtime failures. Reports reflect findings at the time of review, based on the materials provided.
You retain full ownership of all code, assets, builds, screenshots, and materials you submit to Brama. By submitting materials, you grant Brama a limited, non-exclusive license to access and analyze your materials solely for the purpose of delivering the requested service. This license terminates upon completion of the review.
Brama treats all submitted materials as confidential. We do not share, publish, or disclose client materials to any third party except as required by law or with your explicit written consent. Materials are not used for any purpose beyond the agreed scope of review. Uploaded builds, source code, screenshots, and internal assets are not reused for public AI model training.
Brama does not deploy, modify, fork, publish, or distribute any client code, builds, or assets. Our reviews are advisory only. We provide findings and recommendations — implementation decisions are always yours.
Pricing is confirmed before any paid work begins. Invoices are issued upon scope confirmation or review completion, as agreed. Pricing variability factors include repository size, platform count, AI complexity, accessibility scope, and review depth. Brama does not begin paid work without written scope confirmation.
Audit findings and reports are provided as advisory documents only. Reports contain production-readiness signals, runtime integrity observations, and release-risk indicators. They are not compliance certifications, legal audits, security guarantees, or App Store or Google Play approval documentation. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing recommended changes.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brama shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, reliance on review findings, or decisions made based on report recommendations. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific review in question.
You may revoke repository, demo, or GitHub access at any time. Revoking access before review completion may affect the scope of findings. You will be notified if revoked access impacts deliverables.
Brama may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be noted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
